Terms and Conditions
1. JVS Ltd has permission to take the correct funds from the card details left on the contract to cover any fines, late returns, extended days, or damage up to the agreed excess. All card details are kept secure and will be destroyed 30 days after hire has ended or damaged up to the agreed excess.
2. To keep the interior in tidy condition, if returned untidy a cleaning charge will apply - £50.00
3. The customer accepts that they have to pay a £1,000.00 excess if the vehicle is damaged.
4. Hire fees must always be paid upfront at all times; non-compliance will be deemed a breach of contract.
5. Only the named drivers above may drive this vehicle.
6. JVS Hires out all vehicles full of fuel and will charge the refill back to the customer.
7. No leaving jersey without written permission and insurance cover from JVS Ltd.
8. JVS will take strong and precise action to recover any vehicle it so wishes for any reason if the hirer is in breach of the contract, any costs involved JVS will recover from the hirer.
9. JVS Ltd will not be held responsible whatsoever for any loss or damage to personal belongings or vehicles while left on the property.
